Our journey began while preparing for our son’s elementary school promotion. We wanted to give him something unique, meaningful, and memorable — a gift that stood out from the usual balloons and cards. A money lei felt like the perfect choice, but after spending hours folding bills and learning how to make one from scratch, we quickly realized how much time and effort went into creating it.

That experience inspired us to start Evergreen Expression.

We knew other busy families would also want thoughtful, personalized gifts without the stress of making them themselves. What started as leis for friends and family soon grew into a small business serving our local community.

Today, our entire family plays a role. From helping create candy and gift card leis to building our website and order system, every lei is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail.
