How do I order a lei?
Please fill out our Order Form or visit our “Order Now” page to place your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and cash at pickup. A small deposit is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due at pickup or prior to shipping.

Do you deliver or ship?
Yes! We offer local pickup as well as nationwide shipping anywhere in the U.S. for a flat $25 shipping fee.

Where are your pickup locations?

• San Francisco: 5454 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94112

• Belmont: Mountain Mike’s Pizza, 390 El Camino Real, Belmont, CA 94002

• Milpitas: Pickup location provided upon request

Do you offer bulk or group discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders of 5 leis or more. Please contact us directly for custom pricing.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Because each lei is custom-made to order, we are unable to accommodate cancellations once work has begun. Changes may be possible depending on timing and material availability.

Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, we may be able to accommodate rush orders depending on availability. A rush fee may apply. Please contact us directly to confirm availability.

How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 3–5 days in advance to ensure availability, especially during busy graduation and event seasons.
