Terms and Conditions

A minimum $10 deposit is required before work will begin on any order. The deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price at the time the product is provided. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun on a custom order.

All leis and products are handmade and customized based on the customer’s request. Due to the handmade nature of each item, slight variations in appearance, arrangement, sizing, and length may occur. Custom colors, specialty designs, rush orders, shipping, and delivery requests may be subject to additional charges.

Customers are responsible for counting and verifying all bills and denominations at the time of pickup or delivery. By accepting the order, the customer acknowledges that the bill count and denominations are correct. Evergreen Expression is not responsible for any claims of missing bills after the order has been received and accepted by the customer.

Remaining balances are due at the time of pickup or prior to shipment or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon. For shipped or delivered orders, full payment may be required before the order is completed and sent out.

Delivery fees start at $25 and may vary depending on location and timing. Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary based on carrier operations, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays. Evergreen Expression is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, lost packages, or delivery issues once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to place orders early and allow additional processing and shipping buffer time.

Once work on a custom order has begun, cancellations are not permitted. Due to the customized nature of our leis, the initial payment covers materials and labor already invested into the order.
